Privacy notice
This notice covers the request form on odessafractankrental.com. Last updated October 21, 2026.
Who is responsible
This website is operated by Where's Jeff Ltd, registered in Jersey, Channel Islands, company number 166061. Write to hello@odessafractankrental.com about anything on this page.
1. What personal data we collect
Only what you type into the form: your name, company, phone number, email address, the site location (town, county, lease or yard), the type of job, and the tank details you write. We also record which page the form was sent from. We do not ask for, and ask you not to send, sensitive data such as health information or a precise live GPS location.
2. Why we collect it
To pass your request to one local tank rental firm so they can reply to you about it, and to keep a count of requests for our own records and billing with that firm.
3. Who we share it with
We share the request details listed above with one independent tank rental firm in your area. We never pass one request to more than one firm. The firm that receives your request pays us for passing on requests; you pay nothing.
The form and its storage are handled by Cloudflare, our hosting provider, which processes the data on our behalf.
4. What we don't do
We do not sell your personal data. We do not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers on this site. We never phone or text you; any call comes from the rental firm, because you asked them to contact you.
5. How long we keep it
Requests are kept for 12 months and then deleted. The rental firm keeps its own copy under its own policies once it has your request.
6. Your rights and how to use them
You can ask us to confirm whether we hold your data, see it, correct it, delete it, get a copy of it in a portable form, or opt out of any processing for targeted advertising, sale or profiling (we do none of these). Email hello@odessafractankrental.com with "Privacy request" in the subject and say which right you want to use. We may ask you to confirm the email address you used on the form.
We answer within 45 days. If we need longer, we will tell you why within that time and may extend once by a further 45 days.
7. Appealing a decision
If we turn down your request, you can appeal by replying to our answer with "Appeal" in the subject. We will reply in writing within 60 days and explain what we decided. If you are still unhappy you can contact the Texas Attorney General at texasattorneygeneral.gov.
8. Changes
If this notice changes, the date at the top changes too.
